How do I choose a meal plan?
We currently have 5 meal plan lines:

SuperFit: ~1000 kcal
Fit: ~1200 kcal
Balance: ~1500 kcal
Daily: ~2000 kcal
Power: ~2400 kcal

SuperFit and Fit are designed for women who want to lose weight. SuperFit consists of 4 meals and focuses on protein, while Fit includes 5 meals and has a menu that is more balanced in protein, fats and carbohydrates.
Balance and Daily are suitable for women and men who do not need weight correction and simply want to eat well without spending time cooking or visiting cafes.
Power is a high-calorie meal plan, mainly for physically active men.
How often does the menu change?
First of all, we monitor dish ratings.
If a dish receives low ratings, we try to remove it from the menu right away and offer you a new one.

Dishes with high ratings stay on the menu longer.

Once every 3 months, we make major menu changes so that you do not get bored.
What products do you use to prepare the food?
Every morning we receive fresh products only for the current day.
We do not make bulk purchases several days in advance.
Our goal is to use the freshest products every day.
That is why we do not freeze meat and use only chilled meat.
What flour do you use for baking?
For baking, we use different types of flour: wheat flour, wheat flour with bran, oat flour and gluten-free rice flour.

When preparing desserts and snacks, we try to minimize the amount of flour, especially in low-calorie meal plans.
Do you use sugar when preparing products?
We use a natural sugar substitute that does not cause sharp insulin spikes in the body.
How and where should I store the meals?
The customer receipt shows the production date of the meal set. We deliver your food daily, either on the day it is prepared or the next morning.

Delivered food should be stored in the refrigerator and reheated, if needed, immediately before eating.

The food should be eaten on the day it is intended for.
How should I heat the food?
You can heat the food directly in its packaging immediately before eating.
Remove the lid before heating.
Can I take the food with me to work or on a trip?
You can easily take the necessary containers with you.
Disposable cutlery is included with the delivery.
In hot weather or during a long trip, it is better to transport the food in a cooler bag.
Can I swap meals around?
This is not recommended for low-calorie meal plans.
The menu is designed so that more carbohydrates are allowed in the morning, while their amount gradually decreases throughout the day and reaches a minimum in the evening.

This distribution of carbohydrates throughout the day is recommended by nutritionists.
What are your working hours?
We deliver daily from Monday to Saturday. You can order meals for these days. Sunday meals are delivered together with Saturday's order.

Online orders can be placed at any time, 24/7.

We handle customer requests from 9:00 to 20:00.
How does delivery work?
We offer morning and evening delivery windows.

Evening delivery options for tomorrow:
from 19:00 to 20:00
from 20:00 to 21:30

Morning delivery options for today:
from 7:00 to 8:00
from 8:00 to 9:00
from 9:00 to 10:00
from 10:00 to 11:00

You can change the delivery date, time and address yourself in your personal account until 13:00 on the day before delivery for morning deliveries, and until 13:00 on the delivery day for evening deliveries.
Or contact us in any convenient way (phone, Viber, Telegram) to adjust the delivery details.

If the customer does not change the delivery time or address in time and cannot receive the delivery during the selected time window, all delivery changes are paid for separately by the customer.
What time do I need to place an order for tomorrow?
We accept orders for the next day until 13:00.
How can I pay for my order?
The easiest way to pay is on the website, in your personal account during checkout. You can also pay the courier when receiving the delivery.
Order cancellation and refunds
If you have paid for an order but your plans have changed and you want to cancel the order and get a refund, you can do this until 13:00 on the day before delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund for the deliveries that have not been completed.
To do this, contact us in any convenient way (phone, Viber, Telegram) as soon as possible.
